How far in advance should I reserve a Panda Ice Cream truck?
To ensure your preferred date and time, we recommend booking 2 to 4 weeks in advance, especially for peak seasons (Spring through Fall). For large-scale events or summer weekends, earlier is always better. If you have a last-minute request, give us a shout—if the Panda is free, we’ll be there!
How do I request a quote and book my event?
Booking is simple! Just head over to our Home Online Reservation Form. Provide your event date, location, and estimated guest count, and we will get back to you with a personalized quote. You can also reach us directly via phone or email if you prefer a chat.
What is your service area?
We proudly serve the Massachusetts & New Hampshire Cities. If you’re unsure if your location is within our bamboo forest, just send us an inquiry and we’ll let you know!
Do you offer catering for private parties like birthdays and reunions?
Absolutely! From backyard block parties to family reunions, our trucks bring a fun, nostalgic atmosphere right to your curb. No event is too small for a Panda visit.
Can I book a Panda truck for corporate events, schools, or fundraisers?
Yes! We specialize in high-volume catering for corporate employee appreciation days, school functions, and charity fundraisers. We make it easy to add a memorable, “sweet” touch to your professional or community gathering.
Do you provide mobile catering for wedding receptions?
We love weddings! A Panda truck is a fantastic surprise for your guests during cocktail hour or as a late-night treat. We can handle large guest lists efficiently so you can get back to the dance floor.
What kind of frozen treats do you serve?
We carry all the crowd favorites! Our menu typically features premium brands like Blue Bunny, Dove, and Hood, including classics like Cookies N Cream bars, Ice Cream Sandwiches, and Hoodsies cups. If you have a specific favorite in mind, let us know when booking!
How many guests can you serve at one event?
Whether you have 20 guests at a birthday party or 500 at a community movie night, we’ve got you covered. Our trucks are optimized for speed and service, ensuring everyone gets their favorite treat without long wait times.
Is there a travel fee for my event's location?
We strive to keep our treats accessible everywhere. Depending on your event’s location, a modest travel fee may be included. Contact us for a quick check on your area’s details!
When do I need to pay for my ice cream catering?
We make booking as easy as eating a sundae! We offer a “Book Now, Pay Later” policy with zero upfront deposits. Your payment is only due at the conclusion of your event. Whether you prefer to pay by card, cash, or mobile app, we accept all major payment methods on-site for your convenience.
Can I change my guest count after I book?
Absolutely. We know party sizes can shift, so we offer total headcount flexibility. We recommend securing your spot on our calendar with a base package of 30 servings. If your guest list expands, we simply scale up your service on the day of the event to ensure the best pricing tier for your final count.
Do you offer any special discounts for schools or large events?
We love giving back to our community! We offer special community pricing specifically for all school functions, from field days to graduations. Additionally, for “Grand Scale” celebrations with 250+ guests, we provide volume-based discounts to ensure you get the best possible value for your large event.
